    We are a music artist management and entertainment consulting firm that has very strong ties within the music industry. Our internship provides a perfect entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking a position in the extremely competitive marketplace of the music world. Brick Wall Management is also the headquarters for The Kristen Ann Carr Fund, which provides grants for cancer research and seeks to improve all aspects of cancer patient life with an emphasis on adolescents and young adults. The fund has sparked the interest of such names as Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, and Shania Twain. Aside from our management and not-for-profit work, we here at Brick Wall provide consulting to other management firms and entertainment entities. Consulting work in the past has included the handling of all VIP ticketing/credentials for the 1999-2000 Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band World Tour.     Fitness Internship - Burbank YMCA in Reading, MA

    The Burbank YMCA in Reading is looking for college students interested in a career in fitness to become interns in its health and wellness department. Interns must have previous personal training or group exercise experience and certifications necessary to provide members with creative and up-to-date fitness training programs specifically designed to meet members’ needs and goals. Responsibilities include individual or group supervision and encouragement during training sessions, instruction on the proper principles and techniques of strength training, free weight and cardiovascular equipment. Most importantly, applicant must be capable of maintaining a professional image, act as a role model and incorporate character development values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility into the daily operation of the fitness department. Supervisor: Diana Ganz, Senior Fitness Director Available Hours: 12-8pm Monday-Friday (one person doesn't have to take all shifts/ will create a schedule to suit intern) Qualifications: CPR/AED certified, must be ACE or ACSM certified OR be working towards a exercise physiology degree. Targeted Students: Junior/Seniors interested in an internship opportunity that could lead to a full or part-time employment Duration of Internship: One semester (flexible) Position would be unpaid, but stipend may be available.
