The main contents of the internship will be: ? Maintaining the full recruitment process: - Creation and advertisement of job and internship adds (dealing with jobs boards, universities, recruitment agencies) - Contacting all sourcing organisations on a regular basis and developing the database - Researching CVs online - Reviewing all the new applications, selecting and conducting interviews via phone - Making decision on relevancy in line with language combination, skills and time-frames. - Organisation of the new interns and employees arrival ? Organisation of the monthly company meeting and weekly/monthly awards. ?
