    Jazz for Peace Salespeople

    Our organization is partnering with the Jazz for Peace organization (i.e., www.jazzforpeace.org), and we are co-sponsoring a jazz benefit concert on Saturday, April 19, 2008, in Birmingham, Alabama. We are also highly considering cybercasting this event (i.e, live), for anyone interested in securing cybercast discount tickets, for this same event. We are looking for volunteer salespeople, to help us promote and sellout this special event. If you are interested 'or' know of others who may be interested, this will be an excellent opportunity to sharpen and test your salemanship skills, on a worthwhile cause. This is an unpaid internship position.

    We are classified as a 501.c.3 nonprofit organization. Promoting the certification, learning, and teaching of parliamentary procedure is our primary mission. We represent States throughout the Southeastern United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are an international organization, and our general purpose is to work for the improvement of parliamentary procedure to the end that decisions are made by parliamentary means rather than by violence or by dictatorial actions, and that mankind will learn to live in peace through the effective implementation of sound democratic principles.
