The Fashion showroom A SUPREME AGENT is looking for a few motivated and fun-loving interns. ASA is a footwear and accessory based sales showroom, also known as a “multi-line” showroom, located in New York City. This internship will be beneficial for anyone looking to get into Fashion, Sales, or PR. Mandatory skills: * An eye for merchandising and styling * Very organized * Mac literate Duties: * Visit stores to check on product and research new accounts * Prepare for trade shows * Attend Tradeshows, Coterie (http://enkshows.com/coterie), Project (www.projectshow.com), Compass (www.compassshow.com) * Getting samples to and from press publications & photo shoots * Blog maintenance (www.thebensimongirls.com) * Help with setting up displays and revamping showroom every season. * Packing samples for road trips * Mailing out new product info to existing and prospective customers * Other tasks as assigned Candidate must be an excellent communicator, extremely organized, detail oriented, not afraid to sweat, and have strong customer service skills. Showroom/Retail experience a plus. Internship is for a varied amount of time at least 3 days per week for 6 months in New York City.
