This Internship program provides 13 weeks of training and extensive mentoring resources in preparation for a conversion to a Full Time Financial Representative position. The comprehensive training program includes licensing, and various stipends in addition to sales compensation. Financial Representatives and Advisors within the Northwestern Mutual Financial network provide their clients with guidance and innovative solutions for individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement planning, business planning, employee benefits, insurance and investment services, estate planning and education funding. Financial Representatives and Advisors develop their own practices, supported by highly competent staff and our network of specialists who provide expertise in all product areas.
